My nephew was in town from Billings to play against GFH in basketball. He has moved from the sophomore team to the JV team. Way to go Alex!!

The support of the entire community was heart warming in paying tribute to the fallen soldier.

The loss of a young man is tremendous, especially if they die in the line of duty in Afghanistan. Patriotism is awesome, but little comfort to a grieving soul.

Tupperware arrived. It is an interesting color. Kind of a Caribbean blue. The new rock and serve vents are different too.

My husband knows me well. He bought me chocolates from Candy Masterpiece. Yumm yumm good….even chocolate covered cherries. Happy Valentine’s Day to my sweetheart of 34 plus years!! (he proposed 35 years ago today.)

D44 Feb 13 ~ MT Beauty!
I am so fortunate to live in a land of freedom and beauty. Today you can see the mountains so clearly. Notice the snow from Fridays photo has melted (same mountains-different days.) What a change in 48 hours.

Nick closed on his new home on Thursday. Laina has her own area to run in ~ a fenced back yard! Nick is busy this weekend painting the inside before he moves in.

Day 39 Feb 8 ~ Is it Monday?
If I didn’t know better I could swear it’s a Monday, thus this picture signaling SOS….
To explain, had 3 speakers scheduled for today..
1 snowed in –in Bozeman
1 called in with sick kids
1 forgot…(did show up 15 minutes late after being paged)
…needless to say I survived and actually things didn’t go to bad. (Class evals were pretty descent.)

Day 34 Feb 3 Fire Safety
As I was walking through the halls today I noticed that everywhere I looked I saw fire equipment, signs etc. Maybe because I have 2 sons who are firefighters and my Dad was a volunteer fire chief I am more aware – or maybe society is just safety conscious. Look the next time you are in a public building. What do you see?
